To address the growing popularity of Model UN activities at the high school, college and university levels throughout Canada, the Model UN Programme depends on a dynamic and resourceful team of individuals in every province and the arctic region who have Model UN experience and are well connected to their communities.

Our Provincial Reps are available to lend you a helping hand with certain challenges you may be facing in organizing or participating in a Model UN conference. As well, they can help you by providing research materials for delegates involved in your Model UN event and organizational tips on how to fundraise to cover expenses associated with the event.

New Brunswick

Hi, my name is Angélique Wojcik. I grew up in New Brunswick and am honoured to represent the province within the UNA-Canada forum. The daughter of a Polish immigrant and a Québecois, I hope to bring a unique and multicultural perspective to the various UNAC initiatives carried out in New Brunswick and at the national level. Upon graduation from high school, I completed a year of theatre school in Toronto and then transferred to St. Thomas University in Fredericton, N.B. Having returned to my beloved home province, I completed a BA in Languages and Political Science in 2004. I am currently completing my Master's degree in English and am a first year law student at the University of New Brunswick. I hope to one day pursue a career in immigration and refugee law. I am a veteran of the Model UN circuit. I have participated multiple times in the Canadian International Model United Nations (CANIMUN), both as a delegate and a staff member, and am currently the Secretary General of the 7th annual John Peters Humphrey Model United Nations (JPHMUN). In August 2004, I was honoured to be one of four delegates chosen to represent Canada at the World Federation of United Nations Associations (WFUNA) Model U.N. conference in Beijing, China.
